1. About Possibilis
Possibilis LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating possibilis.io and the ADHD Teen Tools suite — including StudyLyte, StartMode, and any future tools offered under the Possibilis brand. By accessing or using any Possibilis product or website, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to all users, including parents and guardians who create subscriptions on behalf of a minor, and teens who use the tools directly.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
To subscribe to Possibilis ADHD Teen Tools, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our tools are designed for use by teens ages 11–17 under parental or guardian oversight.
By subscribing, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or are the parent or legal guardian of the teen user
- The information you provide at signup is accurate and current
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your subscription
- You will keep your login credentials secure and not share your subscription access with other families
3. The Service
Possibilis ADHD Teen Tools is a subscription-based platform providing access to AI-powered tools designed to help teens with ADHD manage study sessions, task initiation, and academic performance. Current tools include StudyLyte and StartMode. Additional tools will be added to the platform over time.
A subscription grants you access to all tools currently available in the ADHD Teen Tools suite for as long as your subscription is active. New tools added to the suite are included in your subscription at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of the platform without notifying subscribers.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all current tools. A valid credit card is required at signup. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate selected at signup.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance — annually or monthly depending on the plan selected. All billing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Price changes
The subscription price may increase as new tools are added to the platform. Subscribers who are active at the time of a price increase are grandfathered at their entry price for the life of their continuous subscription. If your subscription lapses and you resubscribe, you will be subject to the then-current price.
Annual plan money-back guarantee
Annual plan subscribers who are not satisfied may request a full refund within 30 days after their trial ends (days 8–37 of the subscription). To request a refund, email [email protected]. Monthly plans do not include a money-back guarantee beyond the free trial period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal at billing.stripe.com. No phone call or support interaction is required.
Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods on monthly plans. Annual plan refunds are available within the 30-day window described above.
6. Use of AI
Possibilis tools use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized study guides, task recommendations, and related educational content. By using our tools, you understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and is not reviewed by a human before delivery
- Outputs are intended as study aids and productivity tools — not as academic, medical, psychological, or clinical advice
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — use it as a starting point, not a final authority
- We are not responsible for academic outcomes resulting from use of our tools
- Your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses — see our Privacy Policy for details
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Possibilis products to:
- Submit inputs that are unlawful, harmful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our tools or infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or share subscription access with parties outside your immediate household
- Use automated systems to interact with our tools in ways not intended for human use
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that violate these terms without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All Possibilis website content, branding, app design, and underlying methodology is owned by Possibilis LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
AI-generated outputs produced through your use of our tools (study guides, task recommendations, etc.) are yours to use for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated from your inputs.
9. Disclaimers
Possibilis tools are educational productivity aids. They are not a substitute for professional ADHD diagnosis, treatment, coaching, tutoring, or mental health services. We make no claims about specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or behavioral changes.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Possibilis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
